At House Rules Games, we want you to feel confident in your style; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all apparel remains unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the request process and secure it to your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
